Checked three times before it leaves Foshan Incoming: raw material verification for every batch of 304 stainless, zinc alloy and aluminum ingots. In-process: dimension sampling on CNC and punch lines against catalogue tolerances. Outgoing: 100% functional check on indicator locks (red/green flip, spring return) and torque checks on legs and hinges before packing. Third-party inspection (SGS / BV / TÜV) welcome before shipment.

Our standard MOQ is 100 sets per series, or 500 pcs for single fittings. Trial orders below MOQ are accepted for first-time cooperation, sample-quality stock permitting.
Yes. Standard catalogue samples ship in 7–10 days; customised samples require mold development, typically 15–25 days. Sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.
Yes. We engrave or laser your logo, produce custom packaging, and develop fully custom castings and stampings in our own mold room, from a sketch, a dimension sheet or a physical sample.
15–30 days after deposit for standard orders, depending on series and quantity. Urgent orders can be prioritised, and we will tell you honestly if a deadline is not achievable.
