Yes. Standard catalogue samples ship in 7–10 days; customised samples need mold development, typically 15–25 days. Sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.

Yes. We engrave or laser your logo, produce custom packaging, and develop custom castings and stampings in our own mold room, from a sketch, a dimension sheet or a physical sample.

Each series is produced as a matched set: legs, hinges, handles, hooks, corner braces and the lock in one finish. 100 sets lets us run the finishing line once and keep colour consistent across the order.

T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance against the copy of the B/L. L/C at sight is available for established buyers.
EXW from our Foshan factory, FOB Guangzhou, FOB Shenzhen or CIF — tell us which basis your buyer needs and the quotation follows that term.
L/C at sight is available for established buyers; first orders usually run on T/T terms with 30% deposit.
New tooling is quoted separately and confirmed in writing before the mold is cut, so the figure is fixed at quotation stage.
Standard export cartons are included in the quoted price. Custom packaging, printed inserts and branded labels are quoted with the order.
Yes. Both ports are within reach of the factory: Guangzhou in about an hour, Shenzhen in under two.

Yes. Our mold room and CNC cells work from a sketch, a dimension sheet or a physical sample, and produce custom castings and stampings in-house.
New tooling is measured in weeks rather than months because the mold room is inside our own factory. The exact date is confirmed before you commit.
Yes. Logos are engraved or laser-marked on lock bodies, handles and legs, and can also be printed on packaging.
Yes. Custom cartons, printed inserts and branded labels are quoted with the order and produced to your artwork.
Tooling built for your design is used only for your orders. Exclusivity terms are agreed in the quotation, so tell us at enquiry stage if you need exclusive tooling.
Legs, hinges and pivots are made for panel systems from 12 to 18 mm, and dimension changes are handled as part of the OEM brief.
Every batch passes incoming material checks, in-process dimension checks and a final pre-shipment inspection.
Each lock gets a 100% functional check before packing: red/green flip and spring return, plus torque checks on legs and hinges.
Yes. SGS, BV and TÜV inspections are welcome before shipment, at the buyer's cost.
The M-LED occupancy system is rated for 300,000 operations, with a 250 mm or 400 mm LED bar running on 12 V.
Yes. Orders ship with position drawings and a fitting guide, and our engineers answer installation questions on WhatsApp.
